If the numbers do not match
A gap does not always mean super is missing. Employers can pay super quarterly, so recent contributions may not show yet. Salary sacrifice, pay changes and what counts as ordinary time earnings can also affect the figure.
Start by asking your employer or payroll team. If that does not resolve it, the ATO lets you check contributions through myGov and report unpaid super. Search "unpaid super" on the ATO website.
